About Al-Motawif

Al-Motawif is a booking engine designed for travel agencies offering Umrah, Hajj and tours to the Arab middle east. Our goal is to make Al-Motawif.com the standard booking engine for Hajj and Umrah.

Al-Motawif offers the following features:

• Allows customers to customize their own Umrah package
  Customers can customize their own umrah package by selecting the number of days to stay in Makkah, the number of nights to stay in Madinah, the transportation, site seeing tours, flights and optional services. The system will then give an instant quotation based on the hotel prices and commission.
• Sell ready made packages
  You can fill your ready to book packages with the services included, accommodation arrangements, flights included, optional services and add-ons.
• Sell to agents
  Agents can register on your website, you can assign a different commission to each agent. When the agent logs in, he can purchase packages from you with his discount applied.
• Allows customers to fill up and print their visa application
  Visa application formats for US and Canada have been implemented, more countries to come. When passengers book a reservation on your website, they'll be able to fill their visa application and print.
• Allows customers to print their voucher
  Customers can login through your website to print their voucher with the most updated information.
• Gives you tools to request confirmation from the Saudi/remote agent
  You will be able to automatically send requests for confirmations from the remote agent. The agent will have his own login to Al-Motawif to view reservations waiting for confirmation. The agent will be able to change hotels or confirm as is. If there's any change there will be a notice on the activity log that shows the changes if any.
